Materials Methods: The study analyzed a cross-sectional survey that discussed Pharmacists about Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) service consisted respondents’ demographic pharmacists, Perception service, barriers, which factors may affecting implementing service. 5-point Likert response scale system was used with closed-ended questions. validated through revision expert reviewers pilot testing. Besides, various tests reliability, McDonald’s ω, Cronbach alpha, Gutmann’s λ2, λ6 were carried out study. data analysis is done monkey system. statistical package social sciences (SPSS), Jeffery’s Amazing Statistics Program (JASP), Microsoft Excel sheet version 16 implemented. Results: A total number 439 responded to questionnaire. Of them, more than onethird from Central region (122 (31.69%)), one Quarter Eastern part (91 (23.64%)), one-fifth southern (79 (20.52%)). Males females (203 (53.14%)) versus 179 (46.86%)), statistically non-significant differences between all levels (p=0.219). Most responders age group 36-45 years (152 (39.48%)) 46-55 (134 (34.81%)), significant groups (p=0.000). majority had training courses Basic Life Support (BLS) (293 ((77.11%)), Advance Cardiac (ACLS) (289 ((76.05%)), Pediatric (PCLS) (287((75.53%)), Neonatal (NCLS) ((53.42%)), average score (4.32). element “Pharmacist participation code led positive changes” obtained highest (4.50). believe hospital promotes itself as an organization responds codes other emergency-related issues for “Factors affected prevent you shares codes” (3.95). component “Competency/ knowledge” (3.38). “Shortage staff” (4.41), level knowledge makes it difficult decide whether or not Pharmacist participates team “was (4.39).
